RTS Solutions provide a wide range of support and maintenance services covering level 1 to level 3 activities specifically tailored to meet the individual needs of each Client.

Services may include:

  • User support for receiving, logging, investigating and, where appropriate correcting or responding to problems encountered by users. 
  • Remote technical assistance
  • Delivery of bug fixes, patches and periodic maintenance releases
  • Product upgrades/downloads
  • On-site support
  • License management
  • Provision of periodic reports on errors or faults, usage reports and monthly statistics.
  • Hosted services
The standard RTS Solutions support and maintenance service is provided during normal working hours  – Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 excluding public/bank holiday. Arrangements for weekend or out of hours support may be
arranged as appropriate.
