RTS Solutions Limited recognises and wholeheartedly supports it’s moral and legal obligations with regard to health and safety.  It is the company’s policy, so far as is as reasonably practicable, to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all staff, visitors and others who may be affected by the company’s work activities.

An ‘appointed person’  is responsible for ensuring that the health and safety policy is implemented within RTS Solutions and to monitor the workplace to ensure that their staff carry out their duties safely, and that safe working conditions and systems of work are provided and maintained.  Where significant risks are identified, the appointed person shall take the necessary steps to ensure that these are eliminated or reduced so far as is reasonably practicable.

All projects will be managed in a manner, which identifies the risks inherent in the work to be undertaken, which will set out in clear documentation describing the safe management of the project. • A formal record of these inspections should be kept for a period of 3 years.
  • Remedial work required to any areas must be actioned immediately or appropriate warning notices displayed until such time as the remedial action has been complete.
  • Individual responsibilities and authority are identified.
  • Training needs are established and that, where practicable, the provision of such training should be to an externally accredited or of other nationally recognised standard.
